What I believe
Caring for family sits at the heart of everything I do.
For me, wealth protection isn’t just about financial structures; it’s about the people who rely on you. It’s about making sure children are supported, households remain secure, and families can move forward with confidence, even when life takes an unexpected turn.
Earlier in my working life, I spent more than 10 years as a primary school teacher. That experience shaped my belief in patience, guidance, and meeting people where they are. Every family is different. Every story matters.
I’ve also been actively involved in our community, volunteering and serving on kindergarten, school, and sports committees for many years. Being part of those communities has reinforced something I care deeply about: when people feel supported, they thrive.
That same mindset guides how I work with clients today; with empathy and a genuine desire to help families feel safe, informed, and cared for.
What I do
My goal is to create a positive, well-organised workplace where people and relationships always come first.
That means building an environment where clients feel genuinely welcomed and supported, and where our team feels valued, respected, and able to do their best work. I believe that when systems are thoughtful and communication is clear, it creates space for care, attentiveness, and meaningful relationships to flourish.
Behind the scenes, I focus on structure and organisation to ensure processes run smoothly, details are carefully managed, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked. But at the centre of it all are people. Every interaction matters.
By fostering a culture built on kindness, clarity, and collaboration, my aim is to ensure that both clients and colleagues experience our firm as calm, capable, and deeply supportive.
What shaped how I work
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading a book, enjoying live music, volunteering with my children’s sporting clubs, or carving out cherished time away with family and friends. I value those moments; the small joys are important. They shape how I show up each day — organised and always people-first.
