I believe good advice starts with listening and learning.
Every client’s situation is different, and understanding the details is what leads to better outcomes. I’m passionate about building strong foundations now, knowing that great advisers are shaped by curiosity, humility, and a commitment to continual growth.
Whether in sport, study or work, I believe progress comes from showing up consistently and being willing to improve every day.
What I do
I support the team across client service and administration, helping ensure our processes run smoothly and clients feel well looked after at every stage.
While completing my commerce studies at university, I’m building hands-on experience in the advice process, like learning how strategies are structured, how decisions are made, and how long-term relationships are supported over time.
My goal is to grow into a trusted adviser in the years ahead. For now, I focus on learning from the team around me, contributing wherever I can, and developing the technical and relational skills that underpin great advice.
What shaped how I work
Sport has played a big role in shaping me, especially baseball. It’s taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of preparation. The gym keeps me focused, camping keeps me grounded, and coffee keeps me moving.
That same mindset carries into my work. I’m motivated, coachable, and always looking for ways to improve — knowing that strong foundations today build confidence and capability for tomorrow.
